Digital Marketing & Sales Executive
About the role
SinodTech is looking for a motivated, creative, and results-driven Digital Marketing & Sales Executive to join our growing team.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing digital marketing campaigns, generating qualified B2B leads, building client relationships, and converting opportunities into sales.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, execute, and optimize Meta Ads and Google Ads campaigns.
- Develop SEO strategies to improve website traffic and visibility.
- Generate qualified leads for ERP, CRM, websites, software, and digital marketing services.
- Communicate with potential clients through calls, email, WhatsApp, and social media.
- Conduct client meetings, presentations, and product demonstrations.
- Convert leads into customers and achieve monthly sales targets.
- Manage social media content, advertising creatives, and promotional materials.
- Create basic graphics and promotional videos using relevant tools.
- Maintain CRM records and follow up with prospective clients.
- Monitor marketing performance, lead conversion, and sales results.
- Prepare regular reports and coordinate with internal teams.
Requirements
- Experience: 2–4 years in Digital Marketing, Sales, or Lead Generation.
- Education: BBA in Marketing or a relevant discipline.
- Practical experience with Meta Ads, Google Ads, SEO, and Google Analytics.
- Strong knowledge of B2B lead generation and sales conversion.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Familiarity with CRM tools and sales pipeline management.
- Basic graphic design skills using Canva, Photoshop, or Illustrator.
- Basic video editing and social media content creation skills.
- Ability to work independently and achieve assigned targets.
- Experience in IT, SaaS, ERP, CRM, or software sales will be an added advantage.
- Good communication skills in both Bangla and English.
